Located in a quiet residential area of Santa Cruz, still just a few minutes to the beach yet removed a bit from the noise. This beautiful house has two rooms for rent, which share the side entrance, separate from the owners.

The common area which both rooms share includes a refrigerator, counter & sink, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, washer, dryer and breakfast bar with stools.

Guests also have access to the pool, sun loungers and outdoor shower in the backyard.

Corona Room features a king bed, closet, desk and very spacious bathroom.
